For many years our Director Mick Corcoran has been involved with the education of builders at all levels.
Mick has many years of experience in the residential building sector and strives to pass this knowledge on to up and coming or already established builders.

We have a standard flat rate of $140 p/h with a minimum charge of $80 for up to a half hour consultation.
If you require on site or in office assistance please email us and we can arrange for travel costs.
MENTORING
Specifically designed for new and emerging builders we provide mentoring services for those who want to succeed in the building industry.
Mentoring should form an integral aspect of your new business and is the key to ultimate success in a building business.
Every good building company relies on mentoring and it can be difficult to find a good mentor that is prepared to help without reward. So why not utilise the services of a highly experienced, multi award winning builder to get you set up and ready to take on whatever challenges await.
What we offer...
- Start up package includes (note all documents are computer based, no hardcopies provided)
- Pre formatted document templates for keeping project records
- Pre formatted client templates including tender letter/ practical completion documents and hand over documentation
- Project folder record keeping system for managing new and existing projects
- Pre formatted Excel Estimating spreadsheets for new tenders including: summary page/ cost control/ stage payment totals/ pc & ps record keeping all in the one document
- Pre formatted Excel spreadsheets for tracking progress claims and variations, even for complicated Architectural projects
- Full description of how to facilitate the folders documents provided and how to use them in a
practical way
These are all templates and documents that we use everyday for managing all building projects including higher value Architectural jobs. There are no ongoing fees or subscriptions, just useful documents that work. All documents come in a formatted system that you simply download from a Dropbox folder and away you go, we always recommend that you keep the original downloaded folders and documents as the master folder and make a copy for new projects.
We can continue to share the Dropbox folder for the first few months and continue to provide our mentoring service for an hourly charge out rate if required, this is highly recommended for new builders and is comforting to know that you have an experienced builder ready to help.
Our start up package is a great way to set up initially and then build on your documentation and procedures. With this, along with our mentoring service, you will be on your way to becoming a successful builder that is not always wondering if you're doing things correctly.
