Our Director Mick Corcoran is a qualified Trainer & Assessor and holds an Advanced Diploma in Building & Construction along with many other qualifications related to the building industry.

We offer a start up service for new and emerging builders to get them on the road to running a successful business. 

Nothing is more important to us than seeing new Builders entering into their own businesses getting the right advice and having someone they can turn to for advice and assistance with all aspects of the industry.

We keep our fees for this service low so we can help as many new Builders as possible.

From time to time, we run short courses on specific aspects of running a small Building business. Areas such as building defects/ building contracts and compliance are always difficult for new builders to understand. We can help you interpret what your legal requirements are and how to manage your small business.
